我已寫信去問這家廠商, 關於為避免損失(運送過程中損壞)若要保險(保值)的話, 要怎麼做? 還有問他們手續費(shipping and handling charge)及消費稅到台灣要怎麼算?還有能否能在包裝上寫GIFT的字樣(聽說可以不被打稅), 及用DHL/UPS寄東西會不會被摔壞?內文如下:

I'm prefer to order something with you, then I read the statements on your website about the return policy. But I have something below have to understand in advance.
Q1. Regarding to the statements in RETURN & EXCHANGE on your website, you described "We strongly recommend that you insure the product for the full purchase price. Urban Computer will not be held responsible for shipments damaged in shipping", but how to do? I saw nothing about that in billing page.
Q2. I was not able to see the shipping and handling charge/ tax in the menu, how to calculate them (except DHL/UPS fee, and it's an international order to Taiwan) ?
Q3. If I place an order, would you please to statement the purpose about "GIFT" on the purchasing order and the box of the product (That will reduce some customhouse tax) ?
Q4. I would like to place an order for 19" monitor and a handy camcorder. Regarding to question 1, I'm afraid of the product damaged
on the transportation. Did you sell/ship the similar product for international order through DHL/ UPS? How about the result? Do they perfectly receive by customer?
