看了一下苦主不是在市區沒停車問題，應該是有些考慮不想給小孩先騎機車，想說用這種電動先用一陣吧，沒想到那嚴重。。。
這種不看還以為是摺疊單車，台北新北一堆也不少，也沒看過誰在戶外充電，想一想這比較可怕。。
