每次看到有人想要在日本買房子當作度假使用就覺得也太天真
先不說購買費用，光是每年維護費、稅金
就可以讓你在日本住兩、三個月以上的飯店不是問題
真的喜歡去日本玩的人，也一定是到處去，買一個定點的房子幹嘛？
除非是Joeman那種自帶流量的人，買的房子當民宿是能賺錢的
要不然一般人買日本房子當度假宅平時就當民宿出租，這種想法實在有夠愚蠢
喝牛奶不用買下整頭牛

現在日幣貶那樣就是給人貨幣幻覺...那天升回2.X, 在日本如沒現金流又要拿台幣去填就要知道痛了。這種鬼地方想要斷尾求出場可不是那容易的。  過年要去東京因人多本有考慮joeman，4晚要50萬日元,因為要人多感覺沒那好租. 如日元升後，更難租...
