引進非母語的醫護是把雙面刃，也是醫療品質降低的開始;
國小同學是學復健相關的，3X歲移居英語系國家，就算到現在也不敢說很理解患者敘述的問題，
更遑論剛移居時，醫病2造雙方諸多的矛盾，不管是專業或種族問題.....

西方國家不也只能低頭接受，而且標準還不斷下修。這種健保大鍋飯就不要期望了，更別提要滿足情緒價值。
