也就是在台灣當房東出租其實非常不划算

要看取得時間的。如果是靠祖蔭，那就划算，這些老房大多都沒管理費，成本幾乎是0。只要不後代不亂搞敗家，沒壓力。前20年的都還不差，但5-10年就真的不划算了。
