i am trying to upgrade the CPU for my friend.
and
he also meets the same issue.
i found a new solution for the issue.

1. Preparation: Turn off your PC and insert a USB stick with the latest BIOS version (3902) into the Flashback port.

2. Power Off: Turn off your PSU switch and wait for all LEDs to stop lighting up.

3. BIOS Flashback: Turn on your PSU switch while simultaneously holding the BIOS Flashback button for 20 seconds.

4. Check the Button: If the button stops blinking, the issue should be fixed.

DO NOT remove or insert the jumper for CLRTC while the Power is still on!
it may damage your CPU or BIOS Chip.

DO NOT use Clear RTC Jump to clear BIOS settings instead of removing CR2032 battery.
