如果在台灣有老家住，沒有房貸/房租壓力，問題真的簡單許多。

是住老家，但也沒那簡單。我那同事是在西台灣投資房產，有借貸，現在還有租收可以應付。但我一直提醒他，萬一局勢再惡化沒租收，那壓力不一樣了，勸他還是去上個工，多少有一點。再說住家裡還上有父母，如樓主所說，最後一定會壓力來，時間問題，除非家中是金山銀山。在職時他父母和他說不要累了、反正沒妻小可以退休，被宰在家晃2年了被趕要他去做事。   人心比萬物都詭詐~~~~
