川普認爲這道行政命令給予他決定關閉或是出售TikTok的權利，
交易有可能需要獲得中（共）國同意，而如果中（共）國不同意，
他會認爲是一種惡意行爲，在他看來這樣的交易對中（共）國也是有利的。

Trump signed an executive order on TikTok that he said gave him
"the right to either sell it or close it. And we'll make that determination."
He added that, "We may have to get an approval from China, too. I'm not sure.

But I'm sure they'll approve it. And if they don't approve it,
it would be somewhat of a hostile act, I think.
