媒體追問如果廢止戶籍，還會是中華民國國民？
內政部戶政司長陳永智說明，
根據行政院在2023年5月24日針對國家賠償案件後續做的函釋、
以及入出國移民法等規定，「遭廢止戶籍後就不會是中華民國國民。」(聯合新聞網)

我好奇如果被除籍，對岸人在台灣房產等印象要核准才能持有，這樣不動產會不會被強制出清阿
