根據google翻譯，"down with democracy"是『打倒民主』，"I'm down with democracy"更是『我對民主感到失望』。

我直接查了"down with"，發現有兩種不同的意涵：

1. used to say that one does not like something and wants it to stop or fail
2. used to say that one understands or approves of something

不過根據Don Cheadle後面附和所講的話，我越來越覺得應該採用第一個解釋，因為他說：

意涵已經再清楚不過了吧？
