如果只是想「安度餘年」，說實話也不必急著買，因為可能每慢一年還會再跌個10幾萬人民幣。
因為根據專家看中國這一波經濟遠遠還沒到底，趁還能賺多賺點五年後再買都不遲。
要不去直接去鶴岡化的城市更便宜，幾萬塊到十萬出頭人民幣就可以買套房。
不過，有一好沒兩好，
既然是「安度餘年」那就祈禱別生什麼大病，否則到時候別醫療費比你買房費還貴。

會到那買房大概遇大病就是雙手一攤了....
我朋友SZ房現在單租(他要的價格)已經沒人租了，現在已經在單間拆租。。。我看再一兩年後搞不好就租不出去了。。。
