如果不是先天就有,那基本真是那樣。方法其實就在網上,就是試而已。但人要改就是沒那容易,外面的資訊和周遭的人與物,都可能是阻礙,我統稱業力。要逆轉通常意味大改變,如果沒有絕對自主權要遷究是很難的。
