看要怎活, 不降品質那報導肯定不誇張. 之前看過矽谷techlead曬過開支, 光租房就5-6萬一年了. 100萬給5-6%利, 房租就去掉了, 生活開銷就吃進本金, 12年都高估. 台北月租6萬, 一年72, 還有一半生活或再投資. 不過加州大, 就是搬去省的地方, 但這就是降級.
