電車要觀察的是以後會不會政策變造成成本大升, 收電池污染費和電費計價方式改變. 現在台灣電車才6萬臺，記得到100萬臺也才台灣現用電的不到2%. 現在算是撿漏階段，但到百萬臺時成本是要全民買單合不合公平正義就是問題....
