至於廣大的中低階產品則不管制，老美還是想繼續蹭中國世界工廠的爽處

現在辦不到不代表以後辦不到，現在場面話叫分散風險。現在蹭世界工廠的爽處只是現在，隨時都有機會被棄掉。就如你說的，軍事用根本不需要那高階的，看不出單禁這用處，所以要就根本性全禁。全禁就是兩邊物流、金流、人流全斷才有可能實行的徹底。
還有很多人高估這些廠家和美真正後面的力量的議價空間了。對真正上面來說，它們掌握金融發行權，廠家本就是這些資本拱起來的，犧牲掉這些廠家輕鬆的事。。
