美國工程師誰在管你24小時待命,時間到了就下班走人了,台灣去的幹部誰敢管,就自己沒日沒夜的爆肝吧,
我老闆的兒子就在台積電,原本要赴美的就直接上辭呈被留了下來
3天2頭就接到赴美同事的抱怨訊息,名為幹部底下的老美根本不鳥你,時間到了下班手機不接訊息不回,上頭交辦的任務/進度全部都台幹在扛,天天在廠超過12個小時..  |
給的夠老美照樣做，只是代價可能是4-50萬鎂起...水管的techlead說過他那50萬鎂C/P不高, 原因就是要standby和趕案, 它覺得高階就差不多, 反正只要進FANG就是大家該有的都有，再多那些實際差不了多少...
去日本比較好, 今天又看到costco這消息...
