有人說台灣物價貴，房子的確貴，那也沒辦法，台灣中央都是山，
如果人口密度來算，大概僅次於像新加坡這樣的國家，而且大家很喜歡都會區，
住在上班半個小時能到達的地方。

其實我認為地小是次因。最主要是持有成本和利率太低。事實上持有成本低也不是啥壞事，最近joeman不是開始開美國房，150萬房1%地稅就15000，省下來就吃到撐了。。我對房價從來就是認為最終就是市場力量。現在就是人口面和資金面有撐，這時才搞社會住宅其實就晚了，因為等你有規模時搞不好這些因子都不在了.....
