以前換地方住，
下層冷「藏」溫度沒調好，
雞蛋就裂開了。

查了一下，會凍的，不會有和殼一起凍。會這樣的，就是去向已定，這大概是到食品加工業了。一般來說，就是冷藏。但冷藏也少說可以6-8個月之久，一樣也是流入食品業。醬料下去，一般人也吃不出來。就連一般市買的蛋，只要需求不好，都可能兩個月之前的(蛋農那一個月，包裝再一個月)。當然這是國外資訊。
