查了一下法規，
兆赫還是有在用的。
不過不同法規還定義不一樣。

1 電臺用以通報或通話之頻率應經本會核配指定。
2 航空器於飛航時，電臺操作人應守聽飛航管制單位適當之頻率，並建立雙向通信及能收發超高頻（UHF）二四三點零兆赫或特高頻（VHF）一二一點五兆赫之緊急頻道。電臺操作人對其他航空器之遇險呼叫及通信，應優先接收，迅速答覆，並立即採取必要行動。

Article 6
The frequency used for sending message or radiotelephone by the Station shall be approved and assigned by the NCC.
When the aircraft is during the flight, the Station’s operators shall watch the appropriate frequency of the air traffic control unit, and set up two way communication with previous unit and the UHF 243 MHz or VHF 121.5 MHz emergency channel which can be used for transmitting and receiving. Distress call or communication from other aircraft shall receive priority handling, prompt response and immediate action by the Station’s operators.
