川普當時的藥量維他命D是60000單位。

正常人是攝取3000單位

60000IU......  ...他果然啥都很Yuge 
看來萬一要吃5000IU的可以比較放心。。老頭吃60000，我現在吃1000是怕個毛球。。。 
不過看看樓主能不能偷一些德國治療方案給大家參考，拍藥或劑量。。。。大家都知道德國在疫情時是相對死的少，一定有特別之處。。。
