做到上兩階就是CEO，位子很高了，剩下就是時間和累積。。。公司上市了嗎?沒有等上市換鈔票。已上市，看上面有沒有要擴張，有的話搞不好以後買公司或開新公司讓你上一層。現在公司的副總就是這樣上來的，原公司可能只是個RD頭，董的買了公司他過來做，公司上市。。。
外商說真的會玩股票的大概多是美商，但以現在美元價值只能到七萬美左右是滿廢的。。。我前公司老闆就是走這途的，但20年前他就說年薪不低於500，但他趁著泡沫凹到翻7倍。
