我是買房了,身邊有買房的人都是在低點時買,或者家裡給了三到五百萬
幫助買房,我是運氣還不錯當年買在高點(目前的超級低點........)
房價漲到一定程度後我是覺得現在如果一般人,領4到5萬的薪水根本不要看房了
桃園可能還有一些買得起,新北就算了吧,等老人死了自然就有一間接一間的老房
子住了。

現在房產多數在3-5年級手裡，就算有轉移給後輩，後輩也要等人掛了才會處理。後輩就不會如老一輩委屈，觀念也不一樣，很容易賣了老一輩的房去換都更。台灣房子那時候也很多也面臨都更，現在都更輕鬆都20-30層，和早期10層左右，那個量提升將會是很恐怖。再來就是龐大的年老人口，等5-7年級邁入退休老年，退休金的不足，高升的生活費也很容易就是砍多餘房換現金生活。再來就是未來人口不足，今年才剛死亡交叉而已，不要太急。
