看了一下
新加坡共享單車業者
第一是SG Bike
第二是來新北投標的Moov Mobility (新加坡商運點科技)
管理方式跟失敗的oBike不同
畢竟是競爭下還存活下來的業者
不是說無樁的管理模式就完全一樣
有樁也不一定成功
看看C-Bike

新北也不敢貿然大量採用
只先在4個市-轄區試辦
等真的可行才會擴大到其他地區
...



上網查了SG Bike，看來就是Obike，但只能在指定的點還車。。不過這好像無法解決瘋子把它載走往河裡丟之類的問題。。。
