我們不行 obike不就看出我國國人水準了嗎

obike好像沒有在任一國家成功過。。。印象中水準最高的北歐也是慘死。。 
印象中無樁不被用有一原因就是沒有手機用戶也要能用。2.0應該算是1.0和無樁的折衷。不過我是覺得2.0在沒有在台北市先試的必要，因為大多基建已完成，在新北金山貢寮這類反而比較適合。2.0雖然設點便宜和容易，但是過多的點對那些調車和維護的人可能是惡夢
