少子化不會那快的，最少還要五年。。。現在步入職場的新鮮人和前十年差不多，五年左右後就直接少10萬。
有你那收入，我是會再買房的，主要是流動金流夠多。怕通膨錢變薄，那和房子跌價不都一樣。有房子至少還是實體物，錢就有可能只接蒸發。
