假如真是如此，那台灣就根本不可能做到超前佈署，完全門戶大開。
那現在的台灣會是如何? 而且那篇報導也提到了下面這段。

簡單說就是那位市長的猜測而已，沒有任何強而有力的證據支持他的發言。
另外美國在2017-2018年的流感疫情也挺嚴重的，
要不要說這肺炎在2018就已經有了比較乾脆一點?
