看前言後語可得知他的意思明顯就是在飛機上若開始有症狀就會被segregate, 也就是跟其他乘客分開坐. 以前美國種族隔離黑人也是跟白人segregate. 下機後所有人都要quarantine, 這是真正的防疫隔離. |
