我是說台北那幾家光鮮亮麗的外商,不少薪資已經慢慢在在地化中 XD
竹科附近大小M外的其他豬屎屋給的也不差,去網路查經常性薪資就知道了
經常性加班換加班費也以比外商責任制好
在外商半夜或一大早要跟外國主管開會是常態
在家邊帶小孩邊上班也很正常
以前同事從台北的假外商跳到大M,薪水馬上近三倍跳
進去大概沒五年就新竹買房,最近又換進口車了,老婆嫁給他就沒再上班了
能不羨慕?
不過沒台清交學歷菜鳥是很難很難進一線的豬屎屋
雖然聽說現在分紅被稀釋,但是進得去,也屌打台灣9成以上新鮮人
搞不好台北當RD當十年還比大小M的菜鳥還低薪

不是搞不好, 是大多是如此. 這類做RD一般而言, 新竹比較高.....但純軟體的台北應比較佳.
