一堆跨國公司，在國外的點薪水就是不一樣
理由是考慮當地薪資水平...
台灣(亞洲?)空服員挑外貌比較像是文化/習慣?還有看到新聞寫不招男生
去掉這些限制，多培養一些後備人員，空服的薪水還是很吸引人的

其實台灣空服和機師現在薪資在本國還算很有競爭力，否則根本不會一堆人報考，現實就是如此。這類工作在越低薪資國家其實在當地購買力是越夠的，反而在西方國家卻是不怎樣。
看澳洲的jetstar付給泰國空服的薪資就是當地價，但jetstar就說做到滿$2600可以拿到當地一般人五倍的薪資。

而澳洲本地的雇用雖是5-6萬之間，當地其實購買力不怎樣。
