真好奇他們薪水在國內什麼水平，需要搞成這樣。尤其紐西蘭又算是高所得有錢國家
像法國那樣強調平均分配的社會福利國家，錢也總是不夠花。他們很多學生不用繳多少錢的國立大學，所以學校建築老舊沒有翻修，學校職員年紀偏高，教授薪資也不特別好，和美國那樣偏向資本主義的國家很不一樣

紐西蘭的前10%，也就約台灣的百萬年薪，是12萬左右。中位數是5萬，所以紐西蘭小學老師中位數54K也約全國中位。丟進稅局算稅，簡易要扣9000掉，所以約4萬5。還有，紐西蘭可沒軍公教的特殊福利。
