我都是上下班騎youbike,經驗是剛開始近天每次騎30分-1小時至少兩次,一段時間可以減兩公斤後就再也減不了了。。
對我而言,小慢跑步比較有用,讓我我甩脂肪肝。不過當時我是一星期期跑4天至五天,一次約40到一小時。不過體重到一定程度就卡住了。
