其實真的也是不可能啦，政府敢叫銀行這樣搞的話，所有買得起買不起的人包括銀行都要和政府起呸面，不知道澳洲年輕人和銀行怎麼那麼好講話⋯⋯

根本不是銀行和年輕人好講話，是玩到過火會怕了。兩年前美國瘋狂升息，資金預期會緊縮，政府如果不打房，繼續玩下去爆的話會很慘，所以開始移民和資金上大緊縮。但現在沒看到症頭不對，上星期降息，預期還會再降。以現在房價還是過高的(現在其實才跌15%左右，那些腰斬或剩1/3都離市區遠了)，所以根本不是啥為年輕人好，否則早該升息油門催下去讓他倒。。。
他們怕啥，有興趣可以去了解一下何謂OBR(open bank resolution)。基本上就是銀行倒，存戶會跟著下去賠。紐已是法律，美加澳都正在考慮。
