放棄台灣籍加入美國國籍，如果是為了稅金，他頭殼裝什麼?!
美國有錢人是要逃高額稅金加入外國籍……

IRS最大+1 超越美國憲法。。。 
最近聽podcast，黃金大多頭彼得·希夫(peter schiff)說他因報稅遲到，被罰"20萬美金"，沒聽錯，就是20萬。這還經過會計師報帳。。要討回，要先繳"20萬美金"，告IRS上法院，打到最高法院，贏了才還你。他說美國憲法第八修改，"不得要求過多的保釋金，不得處以過重的罰金，不得施加殘酷並且非常的懲罰"，報稅遲到20萬美金不是過多逞罰。。 有興趣可以去聽。。。
喔，對了。。他爸歐文·希夫(irwin schiff)為了出書說美國憲法說不須繳稅，而挺身拒繳。。被丟到監獄關到死，然後那本書是被美國列禁書。。。。
