最簡單的例子，一堆OS 的核心都open source 幾十年了！
x86 ，晶片組所有的規格都查得到，中國有堆起來自己的核心嗎？
IC 設計光是CAD 不賣你，能做的事情就可以差好幾個世代了！
台灣都得靠米國才玩得起來，
中國不靠米國自己玩晶片，90奈米之前的或許還有機會吧！
