記得樓主沒出社會時間沒有很長，你妹應該更年輕。。。所以我是覺得還好，只是前10年辛苦些。不過你妹應該沒法像你一樣出國和敗相機。  算成另類的儲蓄吧。
雖然供需對房產不利，但老年化社會和政府債務會逼政府QE，算是另類支撐。。。
