人生無知真的很可怕...
不去挺那些超底薪的員工...卻去力挺領高薪的機師（剛剛得知原來年薪接近500萬）
說明會聽到現在快一個小時...機師到底哪裡有做到死？？
工時一點都不過份阿...甚至比8成的勞工還低
實在挺不下去

機師疲勞其實前面就說了很難衡量。一般人無法說睡就睡。畢竟同一時區生理時鐘就是在那，有可能飛出去四個都精神好，但最後時每個都崩潰邊緣。也有可能是紅眼班，還沒起飛，三個其實都很想睡了。如果一個長時間航線班表固定，人其實是有辦法適應或找到調適這類情形，但是航空公司受限於機隊和飛行員可飛的機種，調度很困難。看花航777/747/A350三種都有，要增機師就需找比只單種機隊更多，難怪受不了。。。
