頒獎者並沒有資格指揮遴選委員(Committee)選誰不是嗎?
所以因為中國要求，所以諾貝爾要改變傳統，國會委員不能頒獎? 必需請完全不相甘的人來頒獎就OK?

不只是頒獎的儀式，
還包括決定誰得獎。

諾貝爾獎官方網站也寫了委員會成員反應出國會政黨的相對實力。
所以要說是完全的「民間團體」是有問題的。
