記得以前的做法

先把視窗移到主螢幕 然後 Shift + ctrl + F4 關閉

下次打開就可以了

Google 了一下 Windows8 之後改成

1. Open the program.
2. Move it to the monitor on which you would like it to open by default.
3. Hit the Windows key + Shift + Enter.
