這幾年氣候變遷對環境影響太大. 過去三年德州休士頓這邊就連兩年淹大水.
當然跟蓋太多房子也有關係, 一堆水尼地.
第一次2016是無預警在四月雨不停的用灌的, 大淹水, 一堆地方都淹的比現在南部還誇張. 這邊房子都木造的, 水淹個幾英尺, 修理費用之高.
第二次2017去年颶風, 風沒來, 雨一堆, 又淹一次, 官方說連兩年打破這邊五百年防洪治水計劃. 跟本沒辦法治水阿. 我同事被淹了4 inch. 光整理房子就花了十多萬美金. 還不能住家裡.
這個影片是去年的. 我小孩的學校關了一個月, 我們公司關了三個月都只能在家上班.
