銀行現在開戶時就都給你有VISA金融卡的提款卡了
不想要也不行...

操作不要對信用卡開卡就行了。。。當初為了3.5%回饋開台新數位戶時，來的白狗卡是帶VISA的金融卡，我就沒去開卡，一樣可以使用。而後面換開實體薪資戶開戶時就有詢問我要不要VISA金融卡，當然就被我拒絕了，拿到的卡也就無VISA功能。
