VISA金融卡不大有用，要刷前要有資金在裡面，否則刷不過，而放錢在裡面被盜刷資金就會被圈存，動也動不了。再說，那些刷卡紅利印象中是不給VISA金融卡，因為他本質就不是信用卡。
