還有一種可能就是兩人其實是同一個靈。我在看賽斯書裡，就有提過很多我們看起來突然的變性與精神病，其實就是因為主要和可能人格變模糊所導致。賽斯也說過，一個人其實在實像裡，也有互補的人同時存在。總之，這是我們把自己人格視為唯一所故。
不過至少可以看到賽斯說的，疾病其實是後面的信念所成的。一個醫學上理當已經不行的身體，就如此康復活到90多歲。因此，可以說之前的那位人格，因為功課完畢，淺下的意識自己選擇"早走"的。賽斯說，一個死亡，不論病或突發意外或多離奇，都是人自己選擇走的。當然對我們來說，這是很難接受的
