更嚴重的是,對於此罪刑
聯邦和州視為兩個獨立國家,可分別各自進行審判和牢期
也就是說
賓州可以判你罪關你5年 聯邦也可以判你罪關你10年
總共關15年

聯邦的 first-degree misdemeanor 是關 6 到 12 個月, 罰款 10萬美...
當然報紙也有可能寫錯了...
