台灣現在就溫水煮青蛙狀態
薪水普遍就沒很高，物價一直漲

台灣的sweetspot已經過了，因為過去是依賴低原物料來維持有購買力。但中國起來再加金融海嘯後的印鈔，所有物資大漲，舊有的薪資架構就受到很大挑戰了。。。
台灣的受薪中高階層薪資普遍根本沒有增加，但下面隨著最低工資卻是不斷上漲。那天看到高價屋在徵人文，我看都狂打一堆苛技業。不過我想一想也好，剛好中年轉職比較無痛。。。
