如果意識可以作主或去到來世,那麼這個人就應該一出生就知道往世自己的一切,就如同今天早上一覺醒來,依然記得昨日乃至從小時候是怎麼過來的.

賽斯裡的參與者在這方面並無這說。畢竟賽斯的乩童本身與有此經驗的，本身都並無法知道過去輪迴經驗。要輪迴經驗，則就需要意識更大的擴展。會要讀者試也是要在睡眠時，外我的主控是最低時，體驗那意識的自由度，就可以知道意識其實並非等於那軀體，而那軀體只是一場夢。其實只是站對立面，由內我看外我。
