的確都是一樣的，只能不斷越換越高或翻紅，就是這樣。。。
其實能給越高薪的公司，上層拿的百分比可能還比你認為慣老闆高多了，只是他給的薪資讓你在社會的購買力相當夠，你覺得是好公司而已。當然我也有看過公司帳面不賺，但分享出來比較多，但其實並沒有必較有競爭力，拿高薪的也不一定比較積極賣力、學習與擔責任或幫公司想，最後反而吃掉公司擴張或投資其他資源。
