因為他在法國也吃過麥當勞
可是他沒吃過豬血糕臭豆腐蚵仔煎

樓上正解，很多人到新地方 沒當地人帶 當然是挑自己熟悉的食物吃
像麥當勞這種連鎖速食店，味道怎樣變也不會差太多
所以外國人會吃麥當勞沒啥好意外的
一來台灣就吃豬血湯的話我反而會比較驚訝
