小公司要看你有沒有辦法"親君側"。小公司一般員工比較有機會碰到老闆，投緣的話，薪資待遇福利比大公司容易與得到來的快，只要公司撐得下去，不會輸大公司。上市上櫃後只是錦上添花。 在小公司如果是邊緣人，那就不如大公司，除非能熬到上市櫃，搭順風車。
