有拍胸腔X光嗎?
有些腫瘤轉移到胸腔的根本過不了麻醉這關 一麻醉就掛了

說真的
這無關麻醉,而是既然已經轉移了,只把外面的腫瘤移除沒太大意義
因為體內的腫瘤一樣會全身跑,那何必讓寵物多動這一刀?
所以一般獸醫師摘除腫瘤前 拍個三張胸腔X光片是標準程序
當然如果飼主有預算考量可能會有其他做法,
也沒有所謂對錯,基本獸醫師第一考量的都是以動物不受苦為原則!
