樓上大家比的那麼開心，你知道台灣取樣數據跟全世界不一樣嗎？？？
台灣是用家戶所得比，其他國家是用個人薪水比
以小肥羊在澳洲雪梨來說，表格上是12.2倍，你知道的，雪梨房價2016飆高到中位數是11X萬澳幣，雪梨所在新洲平均工資年薪是8萬3澳幣，雪梨當然是高於上述數值，所以算出12.2倍
台北是用家戶所得，哈！全家平均收入，包含薪資、股票股利（大老闆）....，16倍。
還沒有考慮到雪梨8-90％房子是獨棟透天，這幾年蓋給老中，才開始拉高連棟透天與公寓比。
不知道台北用個人平均工資年薪以及獨棟透天來計算房價所得比會是怎樣天文數字

雪梨8-90％房子是獨棟透天?那地方我2003第一次去直覺就是這地方怎全都公寓  單戶獨棟透天越往郊區才開始變多，但是好區的一間少說也要2M起跳~~
都是看戶收入。。。
